How long have you been in this traditional crafts business?

No, we don't deal with Dayak tribe's antique products. Such kind of antique items are beyond our capabilities to supply them.What materials do you use?
All our Dayak traditional craft products are made of ulin hardwood, a kind of hardwood which only available in Indonesia and Malaysia Kalimantan's tropical forests.What about packaging?
This is our standard packaging method: each item is wrapped with poly-ethylene sheet and packed into a single-wall carton box. Several boxed-items then is packed into a larger double-wall carton cox. Further details on packaging is described in our pricing information.What about minimum order quantity?
We serve both a full-container-load (FCL) order and a less-than-a-container (LCL) order as well. However, minimum order value should be of US$ 5,000.00.For each item we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement of 30 (thirty) pieces per-item. Further details about this MOQ requirement is described in our pricing information.
Is sample purchase possible?
Especially for a new customer who need to evaluate our products prior to placing an order we allow sample purchase. The sample will have a special pricing and shipment will be done by a courier service. Please note, however, that such sample purchase may not be economical for your side.What about lead time?
Shipment is normally done anything between four to five weeks after your advance payment is received. In case of a full-container-load (FCL) order, this is valid for a 20ft container. If your order consists more than one 20ft container and if they are to be shipped at different timing, we are able to ship them every four weeks.What is your pricing term?
Our wholesale export prices are FOB Balikpapan Port, East Kalimantan.Do you accept an L/C as the method for order payment?
Yes, certainly. We accept irrevocable at sight Letter of Credit (L/C) for a minimum order of one 20ft container. Minimum value of such order size should be of US$ 10,000.00.What if my order value is less than US$ 10,000.00?
We apply a 50%-50% funds transfer payment system. You need to transfer a 50% advance payment of the order value to our local bank account, in order us to begin processing your order. Final payment should be settled when the goods are already on board, in which case we fax you a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) document. The original shipping documents - including the Bill of Lading (B/L) - will be sent by a courier service only after your final payment is received by us.What actions to ordering your Dayak wood crafts items?
In most cases, the process of ordering our products is as follows:- submit your enquiry, we will send you our digital catalogue and pricing information
- send us your request for quotation which clearly describe selected items of your interest and their quantity; we will send you a proforma invoice of your planned order
- review our proforma invoice and countersigning it to confirm your order
- transfer your advance payment (or, release your L/C)
